UCLan’s LLM International Business Law (with a pathway in Commercial Arbitration) course provides students with the analytical and reflective skills required in the competitive domain of international business law. On completion of this course students will be equipped with the transferable skills that are essential in the modern workplace and are crucial to effective leadership, such as negotiation, problem solving and dispute resolution. Successful candidates will graduate with a recognised postgraduate qualification in International Business Law.

A suitable pass in the Commercial Arbitration module (at 55% or above) will allow you to claim Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. To claim membership, you will be required to pay the relevant subscription fee. You will also be able to use the post-nominal letters 'ACIArb', as well as enjoy the other benefits of such a membership.
